How it works

From price list to the real cost of a finished job.

1. Add your prices

Enter supplier prices by hand or import a price list. Confirm the rows that need review and set selling prices or a target margin.

2. Build the quote

Pick the customer and job type, add items, choose your pricing method and set the discount and tax. Unknown costs stay visible instead of becoming zero.

3. Answer the checks and share

Answer the open cost checks with a reason, finalise the version and share a PDF or a private link. Shared versions never change; a new revision keeps the history.

4. Run the project

Record the customer's decision, start the project, confirm real expenses and stock issues, and compare them with the budget until you close the job.
