Export first

Owners and admins can download all company records as CSV files in a ZIP from Settings → Data and deletion, also when the workspace is read-only.

Delete a company

The owner deletes a company with its name and password. It disappears for all members at once and can be restored from the setup screen for 14 days. After that its records and uploaded files are deleted permanently. A running paid subscription must be cancelled first.

Delete your account

Any user can delete their own login from Your account (or from the setup screen if they have no company). If you are the only owner of a company, make another member an owner or delete the company first.

Backups

Deleted data may remain in backups until those backups expire. Backup retention: to be completed by the operator.
